Andrew Newall is based near Falkirk in Scotland. He has been writing fiction as a hobby for a few years and has entered and been placed in various competitions since. Remember the Good Times was previously a runner-up in the Cazart short story competition in November 2011. More recently, his first children’s story The Spider and the Bumblebee took 3rd prize in the Writers’ Village Best Writing Award Autumn 2012. He has written and produced two short films with a third planned for 2013, and is also an instructor in Tukido, one of the Martial Arts.
