Based on the technique from Julia Cameron's 'The Artist's Way,' Morning Pages asks you to write continuously in a stream-of-consciousness style. Don't think, don't edit, don't stop—just let words flow.

Morning Pages isn't about producing good writing—it's about clearing mental clutter. Think of it as emptying the container so something fresh can fill it.

Keep the Words Flowing

Start typing whatever is in your head. Don't think about what to write; just write. Complaints, worries, random observations—anything goes.

If you pause for more than a few seconds, a gentle prompt appears to keep you moving.

The session continues until you've written three pages (about 750 words).
